Why does the MMM Foundation exist? 

We support young people financially and encourage them through personal support on their individual path to developing their potential. 

The MMM Foundation was founded in 2022 by Margarete and Michael together with their son Marc.

Over the last decades, we have supported various non-profit institutions. But we have repeatedly found that our work so far has been limited to financial support and that personal coaching and face-to-face interactions with people on our support scheme is sometimes difficult, if not impossible.

However, we are convinced that assisting young people through personal encouragement is at least as valuable and as effective as financial support.

We want to provide a connected experience: Financial assistance on the one hand and personal support on the other. In our opinion, this provides the ideal combination to enable young people to create the best conditions for their future in a sustainable and targeted manner.

Who do we support?

Ambitious and motivated teenagers and young adults.

We would be excited to hear from you if you meet the below criteria:

  • You are between 15 and 25 years old,
  • You have special talents/skills and ambitions,
  • You are motivated to make the best of your talents/abilities,
  • Financial hurdles are a hindrance to develop your potential,
  • And if you would benefit from our personal support for the upcoming decisions on your further path.

How do we support and enable?

Financial support, e.g. for training and further education on the one hand, and support through personal support through mentoring, coaching and network placement on the other.

That depends entirely on your situation. Together with you, we will work out your individual aims and the best way to achievement and how to develop your potential.

Who supports and encourages you?

The foundation's team consists of six people with a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences and competencies who will provide you with active support as needed.

Your previous school reports & references
Please attach copies of your previous reports - both from school and, if applicable, from internships to your application.
What happens after your application?
We will take a thorough look through your documents. If they meet our requirements, we would like to meet you - either on site in Hamburg or Berlin or via video conference. Through this step of the process, you can also get to know us and ask us any open questions. We will then decide as soon as possible whether we can support you with our foundation.
