We, the MMM Foundation (hereinafter: “the foundation”, “we” or “us”) take the protection of your personal data seriously and would like to inform you at this point about data protection in our foundation. The MMM Foundation is a foundation under civil law and exclusively pursues charitable purposes. Our foundation is subject to the legal supervision of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. 4. Legal basis for data processing and storage

In principle, any processing of personal data is prohibited by law and is only permitted if the data processing falls under one of the justifications specified in Article 6 Paragraph 1 of the GDPR. This may be the case if consent was given, the processing was carried out to fulfill a contract or there is a legal obligation to retain data. The storage of data is only permitted if it is justified by Section 25 Paragraph 1 TTDSG and the end user has consented, for example, on the basis of clear and comprehensive information (Section 25 Paragraph 1 TTDSG) and the consent in accordance with Art 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit is so that the provider of a telemedia service can provide a telemedia service expressly requested by the user (Section 25 Para. 2 No. 2 TTDSG).

7. Deletion or blocking of data processing

We observe the principles of data economy and data avoidance and only store your data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or legal requirements. If the purpose or legal requirements for storage no longer apply, your data will be blocked or deleted.

8. Cookies

We use cookies on our websites.
